1. Parties
Between AI4Beginners AB (reg. no. 559XXX-XXXX) and you, the buyer.
2. The service
Access to the digital course platform and, for workshops, online or in-person participation.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, this right lapses once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right. This consent is collected at checkout.
5. Workshops
Cancellation at least 14 days before start: full refund. After that, no refund, but the seat may be transferred.
6. Intellectual property
Course material belongs to AI4Beginners AB.
7. Disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes may be settled by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
